Atty Eric Pasion

Atty. Eric Emmanuel Pasion is a Corporate Lawyer, Senior Legal Counsel of Libra Law with a focus on infrastructure projects and land development, particularly Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Eric has always had a heart for being of service to others. He went around the country advocating the involvement of the youth in nation-building. He is also the founder of his own non-profit, called Run4Change, which supported grassroots sports development and for advocacy and fundraising. In 2013, Eric was chosen to be a founding member of the Manila Hub of the Global Shapers Community, under the World Economic Forum. Eric served as the legal counsel and incorporated Agrea Agricultural Systems International in 2015. Eric currently serves as the President of the Rotary Club of Pasay, under District 3810, and is also Chairman of the Joint Effort of Pasay Rotary Clubs (JEPROCS), a coalition of all the Rotary Clubs in Pasay City.
