Jan Chavez-Arceo
Jan Chavez-Arceo is a public servant, social entrepreneur, educator and reserve military officer committed to national development and human security. A Lieutenant Colonel in the Philippine Army Reserve, she was the first woman to command the 403rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion. She has held key roles in the Department of Justice, contributing to the country’s Tier 1 ranking in the U.S. Trafficking in Persons Report. Jan is also the founder of Impact Solutions Institute, which promotes peace education and digital safety. A graduate of UP Diliman, she holds master’s degrees in Public Management and National Security Administration. She received several prestigious recognitions including the ASEAN Top Women In Security 2022.
